What you say can preserve life or destroy it; so you must accept the consequences of your words.
Proverbs 18:21
Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words that give eternal life.
John 6:68
There is an old adage in my native language konkani, which translates to "Just because the tongue has no bone, it doesn't mean that you can use to say anything..." We often underestimate the power of words, Words are very powerful; to begin with God spoke the world into existence, it is on His word that we were made; both man and woman. It his through His word that God speaks to His people, Mary accepted God's will, saying Let it be done to me according to His word' and salvation came to man because the word was made flesh. How are we using our words: Do we use them to lift up another or do we use them to malign? Do we use it to comfort or to hurt ? Do we use it to make or break? It is rightly said, with great power comes great responsibility and our words are very powerful for we are created in His image and likeness, are we then using our words for the greater Glory of God...
I pray that God the Almighty Father shower on you His wisdom, and just as the word became flesh in Christ Jesus, winning salvation for us all, may all that you speak be from the Holy Spirit, thus bringing the good news to all you meet.
God Bless you and your loved ones :)
