Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?

Reflection:
As baptised Christians, each one of us receives God's Holy Spirit and our body is transformed into a temple for his spirit to reside. Let us be aware of this, so that we can make better decisions with regards to our body.
Prayer:
God our Father Thank you for sending down your Holy Spirit upon me. May I always be drawn to walk in the footsteps of Jesus your son. Amen
