But now I tell you: love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may become the children of your Father in heaven. Reflection:
None of us are perfect, our human imperfection is our inclination to sin. But Jesus is the truth, the way and the life and it's through his grace that we are called to strive for perfection. Just as he prayed for those who put him on the cross, we too are called to do the same.
Prayer:
I pray that God our Father, draws you to his son Jesus who makes all things new, as you submit yourself into his precious hands. And may his Holy Spirit assist you as you strive to be who God created you to be. Amen
