But whenever you go into a town and are not welcomed, go out in the streets and say, ‘Even the dust from your town that sticks to our feet we wipe off against you. But remember that the Kingdom of God has come near you!’ I assure you that on Judgement Day God will show more mercy to Sodom than to that town!

Reflection:
While we all have been given a free will to make our choices, but we must be aware that every choice we make will have its own consequence. God has set the world in motion and he will not take away our free will. He cautions us about the consequence of rejecting his word. What then will we freely choose?
Prayer:
I pray that God our Father gives you the grace to believe in his word made flesh in Christ Jesus his son. As you accept him as your Lord and Saviour, may his Holy Spirit rest upon you. Amen
