Keep Calm: Its Holy Saturday

There was a garden in the place where Jesus had been put to death, and in it there was a new tomb where no one had ever been buried. Since it was the day before the Sabbath and because the tomb was close by, they placed Jesus' body there.
John 19:41‭-‬42 GNBDK

Reflection:
While there was destruction on the outside, there was calm within. As Jesus lays to rest, the spirit is at work to renew, rebuild and resurrect that which has been since the beginning of time. Just recently the world watched the Notre Dame being gutted in flames and thought this is its end. But God's ways are not our ways and just as the cross shone standing tall and firm, so will the God's church stand tall and firm in its faith.

Prayer:
I pray that God our Father gives you the grace to sustain your faith through every circumstance no matter what happens on the outside. Like Jesus may you allow his Holy Spirit to renew and  rebuild you into a new person of faith and love. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)
