Good and bad both are within us and being rational beings we have the will to choose between them. Whatever we give out comes from within...

God our Father Thank you for making me the person I am. Help me each day to renew my commitment to the goodness of your son Jesus as I try to follow his way. And may your Holy Spirit be my mentor and guide. Amen
