Accept Jesus

Yet even now, says the Lord, return to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning; rend your hearts and not your clothing. Return to the Lord, your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love, and relents from punishing.

We know that, actions are louder than words and often the world perceives what we do as we portray. But God's thoughts and ways are unlike ours. He knows the intention of our hearts, He knows what we do and why we do it. And yet God Loves us; He loves us because we are His Children, He loves us because He has made us. And while we were still sinners Christ gave himself up as a ransom for us. All God wants from us is to accept His Love, not because we ought to, but because we want to...

I pray that God our Father through his grace touches your heart to willing accept His Son Jesus as the Lord and Saviour of your life. And may His Holy Spirit give you a discerning heart and right judgement in all things. Amen
