Being Faithful to God

I place myself in your care. You will save me, Lord ; you are a faithful God.

Think of what he went through; how he put up with so much hatred from sinners! So do not let yourselves become discouraged and give up.

This journey of faith is a continuous one, there is no real destination here. On life's course we have to keep navigating even though there might be bumpy roads, cross winds or torrid  weather which might deter the course. Many a times these instances may lead us to alternate routes but it is in times like these when need to be more focused. It can get very challenging but it is here that we need to fix our gaze on Jesus. By becoming man Jesus himself witnessed the challenges but he persevered in Faith, because God is Faithful. We may not understand why He would love us despite our imperfection, because it is we who see ourselves as such. God is a perfect and so is his creation, he has made you and me in perfection in his image and likeness, He made us in love, for God is love and that is reason enough to be faithful to Him.

I pray that God's love always be evident in your life, and may you grow into full maturity in Christ Jesus being lead by the Holy Spirit.
