Believe!!!

He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.” While Jesus was still speaking, some people came from the house of Jairus, the synagogue leader. “Your daughter is dead,” they said. “Why bother the teacher anymore?” Ignoring what they said, Jesus told him, “Don’t be afraid; just believe.”
Mark 5:34‭-‬36 NIV

Two situations where miracles were worked and all it required was, Faith. On one hand the woman simply believed that she would be healed and on the other, Jesus tells the man, Don't listen to what the world tells you, Just Believe! We find ourselves in similar situations many a times, where the popular vote is not with us. The best thing to do is to listen to what Jesus says, "Believe"

I pray that God our Father, through the outpouring of his love and grace, strengthen your faith as you submit willing to Jesus; your life and all it entails. And may His Holy Spirit yield within you as you come to believe. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Keep the Faith

Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.
Psalm 31:24 NIV

Since God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect.
Hebrews 11:40 NIV

Sometimes our Faith is so tested, that we try to answer our own prayer like Abraham did with Hagai. God did promise him descendants, but it was through Issac and not Ishmael. The thing about our journey of Faith is that we're not running to any finish line, it is a continuous journey. And this journey is not easy, but God gave us Grace through Jesus his son, and that Grace is sufficient.

I pray that God our Loving Father pours out His Grace on you as you humbly accept His Son Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. And may His Holy Spirit open your heart and mind to the truth. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones Amen :)

Called to humility

The Lord gives sight to the blind, the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down, the Lord loves the righteous.
Psalm 146:8 NIV

God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things and the things that are not, to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him.
1 Corinthians 1:28‭-‬29 NIV

We can do nothing to make God loves us more or nothing that will make Him loves us less. God Loves us. It is because of this love, that Jesus took upon himself, our sin, suffering, and shame. In turn, He gave us His grace, a grace that sustains us at all times; To rise when fallen, to forgive when hurt and above all to put God first.

I pray that God our Father pours out on you His Grace thus drawing you closer to his son Jesus, so that your life emulates the joy, hope and peace. And may His Holy Spirit be with you always. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Be Still

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
Hebrews 11:1 NIV

He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.
Mark 4:39 NIV

While we all want to live a Happily ever after, we know that life is like a journey of a ship at deep seas, at some point the sea is going to get rough and that is bound to toss and turn us. While there's not much we can do to calm the sea, we have a Captain in Jesus who can, one word and even the seas and the wind obey Him. How much more should we when He says 'Be Still'

I pray that God our Father calms your anxious heart as you place your utmost trust and uncompromising Faith in Jesus Christ. And may His Holy Spirit soothe, strengthen and suffice you in every area of your life. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Take Delight in the Lord

Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Psalm 37:4 NIV

He also said, "This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how."
Mark 4:26‭-‬27 NIV

Have you ever wondered how far you've come in your faith, perhaps a few have probably come from being like Nathaniel and Thomas. God's ways are unlike ours ways. Today the seeds of faith once planted by the Grace of God and through the work of some human hand is taking deep roots and will turn into a testimony that will further turn into seeds. You find that the desires in your heart were placed by God for his purpose and he will accomplish them in His time. All you need, is to take delight in Him.

I pray that God our Father brings you to an understanding of His love and the plans he has for you in Christ Jesus, so that you may bear witness to his love. And may His Holy Spirit be with you in this your endeavor. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Proclaim His Good News

Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples.
Psalm 96:3 NIV

For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline.
2 Timothy 1:7 NIV

The creator creates for a reason and hence our life has not been a choice, it is a gift from God. He chose our time and our purpose according to his will. He has placed us where we are for a reason; for the lives, we touch even without knowing are a testimony to the Lord of Harvest, who has sent us as Labourers. And we are called to Proclaim His Good News.

I pray that God our Father awakens in you the zeal and passion of his Son Jesus as you go out to share the good news. And may His Holy Spirit give you courage, wisdom, and understanding. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Called to Bear Witness

For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord.
Psalm 117:2 NIV

You will be his witness to all people of what you have seen and heard.
Acts 22:15 NIV

Look back at how your journey has been, every situation or circumstance, every encounter with various people who crossed your path. Today, if you are a person of faith, there is a sense of joy and peace, for life has come a long way. And this is not a coincidence, the Lord has always been gracious; to Peter, to Saul, and to us. Are you bearing his Testimony?

I pray that God our Father draws you closer to his son Jesus, so that you may bear witness to His life death and resurrection. And may His Holy Spirit strengthen you, giving you hope, courage, and wisdom in this your endeavor. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

The Will of God

I proclaim your saving acts in the great assembly; I do not seal my lips, Lord, as you know.
Psalm 40:9 NIV

Whoever does God’s will is my brother and sister and mother.
Mark 3:35 NIV

Just as we establish a home with certain norms, our world was established with what God willed. Disobedience separated us from God, but God loved us so much, that He willed for us to be saved. And Jesus his only son accepted his will. Likewise, if we are to belong to God, we ought to do His will.

I pray that God our Father reveals to you in Christ Jesus his Son the will He has for you. And may His Holy Spirit give you the grace, strength, and courage to do God's will. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Be Careful, When You Discern...

The Lord has made his salvation known and revealed his righteousness to the nations.
Psalm 98:2 NIV

Truly I tell you, people can be forgiven all their sins and every slander they utter,  but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of an eternal sin.
Mark 3:28‭-‬29 NIV

Jesus is stern in his teaching and is very clear about the sin against the Holy Spirit. We are called to be careful about how we discern. God may not speak to you directly on a hot line, but when you continue to give Him thanks and praise in every situation, the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7)

I pray that God our Father pours out on you Abundant grace so that your heart and mind is guarded in Christ Jesus his Son. And may His Holy Spirit help you discern. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

United in Christ

For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel—not with wisdom and eloquence, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power.
1 Corinthians 1:17 NIV

“Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.”
Matthew 4:19 NIV

We are all called to make disciples, we are called to be fishers of men. But we are mere instruments, a trumpet cannot sound unless air is blow into it and the keys are pressed, nor can a guitar sound on its own without the strings pressed and strummed. Christ is the wind and the sound produced, and we are all called to be part of this united chorale.

I pray that God our Father brings you closer to Jesus his son so that your identity maybe found and rooted in him. And may His Holy Spirit unite us all in the love, peace and joy. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Made new in Christ

The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean. How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!
Hebrews 9:13‭-‬14 NIV

When a law is broken justice must be served, and in the courts of law of every country, the Judges execute the constitutional judgment to those who break the law.  On the religious side, the practice of animal sacrifice for the atonement of sins still continues in some parts of the world. But as Christians, a perfect sacrifice has been made, for Christ took our place on the cross and redeemed us.

I pray that through the grace of  God our Father, you see yourself as a new creation in Christ Jesus and may His Holy Spirit govern your heart and mind. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

The Unfailing Love of God

Show us your unfailing love, Lord, and grant us your salvation.
Psalm 85:7 NIV

"For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more."
Hebrews 8:12 NIV

If you turn back in all sincerity and humility, God will more than welcome you, because that is what he wants for you; to turn back on your own accord to His love. As Jesus explains in the parable of the prodigal son, "So he got up and went to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him."(Luke 15:20). You take that one step and see God take ninety-nine.

I pray that God our Father pours on you the grace to draw to close to him through his son Jesus, so that you may experience his unfailing love. And may His Holy Spirit give you wisdom and understanding. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

To God through Jesus

But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who long for your saving help always say, “The Lord is great!”
Psalm 40:16 NIV

Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.
Hebrews 7:25 NIV

While at the crucifixion many ridiculed Christ, the thief on right came to him in humility, requesting to be saved. And what a promise He received, "This day you will be with me in paradise". Therefore, we can approach God in full confidence through Jesus, for He takes away our sin.

I pray that God our Father draws you closer to his son Jesus so that you can approach Him in full confidence as you are made into a new creation. And may His Holy Spirit strengthen this your Faith. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

God is Faithful

The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind: “You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.”
Psalm 110:4 NIV

Then Jesus asked them, “Which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save a life or to kill?” But they remained silent.
Mark 3:4 NIV

We can be critical when it comes to judging others by God's laws but when it comes to ourselves we expect an outpouring of God's mercy, which is quiet unfair. God lets the sun and rain come down on both the sinner and the saint. God has always been Faithful to us despite our failing for He cannot deny himself. Therefore, let us not harden our hearts when it comes to God's ways.

I pray that God our Father stretches out his Abundant love on you that you experience this day an overwhelming joy rooted in Jesus and may His Holy Spirit reveal his love for you. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Hold on to Hope

Great are the works of the Lord; they are pondered by all who delight in them.
Psalm 111:2 NIV

God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged.
Hebrews 6:18 NIV

God fulfilled his promise to Abraham making him the Father of Nations, and Jesus is the fulfillment of the salvation promised through the ages. Therefore, we have a hope which is forever because it is a promise from God. All we need to do is take a leap of faith and hold on tight. For God will fulfill his every promise to us in His time.

I pray that God our Father moves your heart to the eternal hope found in His son Jesus, so that your life becomes an illuminated pathway leading all to the promised land. And may His Holy Spirit keep the flame in your heart burning always. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

With Jesus we are a new Creation

During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with fervent cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission.
Hebrews 5:7 NIV

And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins.
Mark 2:22 NIV

With Jesus all things are made new. For in his offering on the cross, we are made one and the Father sees us as His children, just as he sees Christ his son. While the ten commandments told us what to do and what not too. Jesus summed them up and gave us a new commandment, to love another. Therefore with Jesus, we are a new creation.

I pray that God our Father makes all things new in your life through his son Jesus and may His Holy Spirit renew your heart, mind and will. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

For the Greater Glory of God

I desire to do your will, my God; your law is within my heart.
Psalm 40:8 NIV

I myself did not know him, but the reason I came baptizing with water was that he might be revealed to Israel.
John 1:31 NIV

Each one of us has a role cut out. It is not by accident that you were born in the place you were born. After all, you had no choice in choosing your parents, skin colour, or the air your breathing. You are placed where you are for a purpose. And life will only find meaning when you find your purpose. And our purpose is all for the greater Glory of God.

I pray that God our Father reveals the love He has for you, and like Jesus may you find your purpose in Him and submit willingly to his plans. And May his Holy Spirit give you the grace, wisdom and understanding. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

The Best Doc...

The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple.
Psalm 19:7 NIV

On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”
Mark 2:17 NIV

There is often a misconception that those who go to church and/or our religious are are supposedly 'holier than thou' people. That's completely wrong, that fact is when you realize you are unwell, you are going to go to the doc, under who's consultation you then get better and healthier, living wholesome lives. Well, it's the same with Jesus.

I pray that God our Father draws you to his son Jesus, making you healthier and holier in the truest sense, and may His Holy Spirit keep the flame of hope always burning in you. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Submit to His will

Things we have heard and known, things our ancestors have told us. We will not hide them from their descendants; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done.
Psalm 78:3‭-‬4 NIV

Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.
Hebrews 4:1‭ NIV

Most times a teacher will call her student good because the student is obedient. What makes obedience good is the fact that one is submissive. There are different motivations to be submissive, but the most genuine of motivations is a willing heart. For when you are motivated by your own will to obey what God wills for you, you submit to His will, and when you submit to His will, you enter his rest.

I pray that God our Loving Father motivates your heart to seek him in all earnestness and obey all that He wills for you like Jesus. And May His Holy Spirit help you discern and walk in his path. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Armor of God Daily Prayer

Harden not your Hearts

For forty years I was angry with that generation; I said, ‘They are a people whose hearts go astray, and they have not known my ways.’
Psalm 95:10 NIV

See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God. But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.
Hebrews 3:12‭-‬13 NIV

Sin is sin, not matter big or small. Sometimes we tend to get into a habit of sin because it is small and doesn't hurt anyone. But take a closer look and that sin, now, has you in its grip, for it doesn't feel like sin anymore. Know that, it is our attitude towards sin, that determines our hearts' intention. And God sees your heart.

I pray that through the grace from God our Father you open up your heart to his beloved Son Jesus, who is the Truth, the Way and the Life. And may His Holy Spirit give you wisdom and good counsel. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Build a relationship with God

Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.
Psalm 105:4 NIV

Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.
Mark 1:35 NIV

To the world, the cross was a sign of shame and suffering, but God knew, through it, victory would be won. The sign of the cross that Christians around the world make is a testament to it. God seeks a relationship with us, and that is built by giving our personal time. Throughout the gospels' Jesus shows us the relationship He built with his Father, affirming that we cannot lean on our understanding, but in everything, we ought to seek the will of God.

I pray that you come to an understanding of the amazing and unconditional love God our Father has for you, and like Jesus may you share an intimate relationship with Him. May his Holy Spirit unite and deepen this bond. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Mystery

What is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor.
Psalm 8:4-5‭ NIV

But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.
Hebrews 2:9 NIV

What caviar is to the poor and street food to the rich, is sometimes our juxtaposition when it comes to understanding what Jesus has done for us. But this comprehension has less to do with the mind and more with the heart. For faith is a virtue and it all depends on how you nurture it. And it works just like Jesus said Faith as little as a mustard seed can move mountains.

I pray that the Faith you have in God our Father be the source of all wisdom and understanding in Christ Jesus and May His Holy Spirit bear in you fruits and gifts. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Share the Good News

“I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles.
Isiah 42:6

Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right.
Acts 10:34-35

We are all righteous in Gods eyes, for we ought to remember that Christ died while we were still sinners, therefore we know salvation is for all. But once we know this good news, we are called to share the same. For in doing so, we partake in the salvation story allowing Gods will to unfold in our lives. Do not be concerned about what the world thinks’ is right, but realize that you have to be right in God’s eyes.

I pray that you respect and love God our Father from the utmost core of your heart imitating his son Jesus and be obedient to him of anything He asks you. And may His Holy Spirit give you the wisdom to discern his will and courage to obey. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

God Provides

For he will deliver the needy who cry out, the afflicted who have no one to help.
Psalm 72:12 NIV

On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.
Matthew 2:11 NIV

Mary and Joseph had no place to go, the saviour was to be born but even the inns were shut. Perhaps in that moment Mary and Joseph cried out to God for help, and they were led to a manger. But God our Father knows what you need even before you ask. And so He provided gifts for His son.

I pray that God our Father through his Divine Providence give you your daily bread in Christ Jesus, the bread of life. And may His Holy Spirit bless all your endeavors. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)

Receive through Gods Will

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us whatever we ask we know that we have what we asked of him.
1 John 5:14-15 NIV

When the wine was gone, Jesus mother said to him, “They have no more wine.”
John 2:3 NIV

The first miracle that took place in the ministry of Jesus was at the behest of his mother. Mary was confident in her approach, so much that she just told the servants to do as Jesus says. This is the confidence that we are called to have, that if we ask, we will receive. But know that the Father will only give you that is according to His will and that what He wills for you is always the best.

I pray that you beseech God our Father in utmost confidence through his son Jesus and receive all the blessing and goodness his will assures. And may his Holy Spirit strengthen your faith. Amen

God Bless you and your loved ones :)
