Reflection:

Although Jesus was Divine, he was also a man, and in giving unto God's will he was given up for men. We cannot fathom God's ways yet we can keep his words in our heart.

God our Father Thank you for your son Jesus whom you sent for my salavation. May always be aware and grateful for his sacrifice as I submit my will to you led by your Holy Spirit. Amen

Gods Promise

There is nothing hidden from God and he wants to show us the promises in reality

Reflection:

The power and authority with Christ disciples come from Christ himself, for he doesn't call the qualified, he qualifies the called.

We are all part of God's family, but the essential part of being of his family is living his way of life.

The Light of Christ

Reflection:
As Christians we are blessed with the light of Christ through our baptism. Don't not be afraid to share the light, for this light is meant to dispel the darkness.

Motivated by Gods ways

Carry your Cross

Reflection:

Christ does not want us to follow him with mere words but in actions too. And that begins by carrying our cross

While the world thrives on instant gratification, we are called to be content with what we've been provided. God not only knows what we need but also knows our wants, and will provide us, in his time.

God our Father Thank you for your divine providence of the bread of life in Jesus your son. May I always hunger for your word that is the source of all goodness blessed with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding by your Holy Spirit. Amen

While on the surface level we may all seem healthy, it is the heart and mind below the surface that needs the attention of Jesus.

Called to be a Christian

Jesus walked this earth, and was the only one in history to claim, 'that He is the Son of God'. And indeed we are Christians not only because we follow Christ, but also by our love.

God is Compassion

The Lord is aware of every situation you face. He is filled with compassion and is there to comfort you.

God is Love

Reflection:
While we humans have our limitations, God does not. And that the world saw on Calvary. God is Love.

Prayer:
God our Father Thank you for your love for me, may the new commandment given by Jesus be the way of my life, and may your Holy Spirit teach me to love unconditionally. Amen

Forgive

Reflection:

While it is easier to ask for forgiveness, the more difficult things to do is to forgive. Jesus warns us sternly, He does so not only in word but by also by his actions on the cross.

Prayer:

God our Father Thank you for forgiving me, I lift up to you in all earnestness all those who have hurt me and in the name of Jesus Christ, I forgive them. May your Holy Spirit bring peace to my heart and mind. Amen

Good and Bad

Reflection:

Good and bad both are within us and being rational beings we have the will to choose between them. Whatever we give out comes from within...

God our Father Thank you for making me the person I am. Help me each day to renew my commitment to the goodness of your son Jesus as I try to follow his way. And may your Holy Spirit be my mentor and guide. Amen

Mary Our Mother

Reflection:
On the cross at Calvary Jesus not only gave his disciple but also to us a Mother. A mother who understands her children like no one else does. Perhaps it why Jesus performed his first public miracle at the insistence of his mother.

Prayer:
God our Father Thank you for Mama Mary, who is constantly interceding for me with her son Jesus. May I always be compassionate and understanding to others like Mary as I am led by your Holy Spirit. Amen

Christ our Saviour

For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son so that everyone who believes in him may not die but have eternal life.  For God did not send his Son into the world to be its judge but to be its saviour.

Reflection:

We often get down to judging people especially if they are religious, but the point is, they go to God just like anyone of us knowing fully that they are sinners' and Jesus is their Saviour.

Prayer: 

God our Father Thank you that I am able to call you my father, that even though I fall, Jesus reaches out his hand to hold me. May I always be kept in good stead by your Holy Spirit. Amen

Once you walk with God, you will realize that God's ways are not just great but in them there is a purpose that's beyond the realms of the earth, making each new day a heavenly experience.

Heir of Gods Kingdom

Reflection:

God works at his timing and gives us beyond what we deserve. Through Jesus, we are adopted as sons of God and heirs to the kingdom.

Give it all to God

Reflection:

You may think that God is oblivious to your pain, but He knows what it is to suffer, for Christ himself was afflicted. While there's nothing we can do to avoid suffering, we can offer our suffering as a sacrifice, knowing fully that God is with us through it all.

Prayer:

God our Father Thank you that you are with me at all times, may all that aches my heart be offered to you in union with the sacrifice of Jesus. May your Holy Spirit teach me to be submissive to all that you desire of me. Amen

If the whole law is to Love, the lawmaker himself is Love. Are you experiencing his love?

Jesus Christ is the lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. Happy are those who are called to receive Him.

God is with Us

Reflection:

God's plan for our salvation has been in place ever since the need for it arose. And although God sent Adam out of Eden, God never left him or us. God has and will always be with us.

Prayer:

God our Father Thank you for being with me and loving me so much. May my life glorify your name just like your son Jesus did. And may your Holy Spirit be with me in this my endeavour. Amen

Jesus came for us

Reflection:

While our minds may often think like Peter, that we need to be away from our Lord. We ought to know that Jesus came to save us from our sins. He is our remedy and our cure.

Prayer:

God our Father Thank you for sending down your son Jesus as our hope and promise to Eternal life. May we always walk in his ways guided and promoted by your Holy Spirit. Amen

Sent for a Purpose

Reflection:

Like Jesus, each one of us has been sent for a purpose, and that purpose is to do with God. Do you know what have you been sent for? Ask, Seek & Knock... 

Prayer:

God Our Father, Thank you giving me this gift of life. Like Jesus may I set out and fulfill your will for my life thus being part of the salavation story. And may your Holy Spirit always guide and gaurd my heart. Amen

We are all part of Christ family and every time we encourage or help someone we are building this family.

God Our Father, Thank you for all the encouragement I receive through the merits of your Son Jesus and through the people you've placed in my life. Help me discern with the help your Holy Spirit that what I ought to keep and let go. Amen

Hope of The Resurrection

Reflection:

This is the foundation of our belief, that we will one day rise again with Christ. The is the truth, as its origin is in Jesus' death for our sins and in his resurrection, therefore wiping away our debt.

Prayer:

God our Father, Thank you for sending down your only son Jesus to die for me. He is my Lord and Saviour, He is my hope for the resurrection. May I always be assisted towards this hope by your Holy Spirit. Amen

Reflection: 

You are truly a Christian, when you put others first, accept the situation you are in, trusting God’s presence with you in the storm. And in all circumstance Praising and Thanking God. Jesus says this to us all. 

Prayer: 

God our Father, Thank you for the gift of your Son Jesus Christ, may everything I do be in his light and footsteps, as your Holy Spirit, creates in me a new heart, for then the world will know I am Christian by my love. Amen

God of all; big and small

Reflection:

While it's the big actions that get noticed, we often overlook the small gestures. But God being creator knows it all, both big and small. Therefore let your smallest of actions give Glory to God.

Prayer: 

God Our Father, Thank you for all your teachings, through your son Jesus Christ. May I imbibe all the learnings to the smallest of my actions as I am assisted by your Holy Spirit. Amen

While the world glorifies selfishness and instant gratification, there is an unexplainable joy in Holiness. And God calls us to experience this joy.

God our Father, Thank you for calling me to a fulfilling life, help me to see the world through the eyes of your son Jesus Christ. And may your Holy Spirit assist me towards experiencing your joy. Amen
