Yesterday might have not gone the way you might have wanted it to go, but the truth and reality is; it’s gone. But today is a new day, a fresh start that God is giving each one of us to come to know him and to submit our will to his. Why? Because he has a plan and purpose for our lives. You may have made mistakes, you may have taken the wrong path, but this is the very reason God our Father sent his only son our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to take away the sin that separates us from the love of God. Just as the clay goes wrong, the potter starts afresh, because the clay is in the potter’s hands. Let us then acknowledge our failing to our ever forgiving God and submit to him to start afresh.
I pray that God our Father in his mercy bring to light, the sunset areas in your life as you reconcile through the sacrifice of his son Jesus Christ. And may his Holy Spirit dawn in your heart rays of hope, happiness and goodness of God. Amen
